As one of his daughters was born with an handicap, Mr LEBLAT had the idea to create a portable talker that allows to express each word of the French dictionary (nearly 110 000 words) via a minimum of keys.
After 13 years of research, the French language was codified with 72 keys and this portable talker was born. With its exceptional sound quality and its ease of use, LEBLATPHONE provides you with a way of expressing yourself anywhere.
LEBLATPHONE has been the winner of the PRESIDENT OF FRANCE PRIZE, the HEALTH MINISTRY MEDAL, the 2006 LEPINE CONTEST, and has got an award at THE 2007 CONTEST OF THE FRENCH MINISTRY FOR HIGHER EDUCATION AND RESEARCH.
EFFICIENCY, SOUND QUALITY, EASE OF USE
Comments from Mrs LEBLAT : ''For my husband and I, this is a great human adventure and we would not have been satisfied with a synthetic voice for ''LEBLATPHONE''. Our wish was to create something different and more natural. All the phonemes have been recorded in a studio to ensure a better sound quality''.
